Healthy Heart
Cardiac Rehabilitation Program
A monitored exercise program designed for people who suffer from heart
disease and are in Phase 4 of rehabilitation. The class consists of adapted
cardiovascular exercises and weight training with a qualified Fitness
Instructor in consultation with a Registered Nurse. (Max 17 per group.
Register at any time).
