PRO-D DAYS k-gr
3 When school is out, our licensed out-of-school care department runs programs that your children are sure to enjoy. We design exciting theme days and field trips to places such as Science World, the B.C. Sports Museum and Van Dusen Gardens. Max. enrolment per day: 20 (combined KC/ASC) Deadlines: A minimum of 6 children must be registered to run a program. If the program is on a Monday (for example), registration deadline is the Wednesday before. If registration is not sufficient by the end of the day on the Wednesday, cancellation will be the following day. You will be contacted and given full credit. We will not compromise our staff/child ratio on our Pro-D days. Pre-registration is imperative. If you cancel, you will be issued a credit to your account in the amount of the registration cost minus 10% administration fee (minimum $10) only if the cancellation is by 6pm the previous night. This credit can be used towards other programs at the JCCGV. No same day cancellations acknowledged.
