Learn the simple techniques of poling whilE getting a full body work out, improved posture and mobility. Classes held both indoors or outdoors as weather permits. Class size will be limited. Poles can be borrowed with prior arrangement.

YAMUNA BODY ROLLING

Roll your body with specialized rubber balls to release muscle, tendon, fascia and bone. Rolling on Yamuna Balls feels like a massage and workout at the same time! Balls provided. Recommend participants register for 3 sessions to get the full benefit. Instructor: Adele Ritch Location: Adult Lounge

SPORT SPECIFIC FITNESS
WORKSHOP: Human Suspension Gym
Tone and tighten your entire body and flatten your abs with the Human Trainer Suspension Gym. These workshops are designed to teach you proper exercise techniques with beginner to advanced progressions.
