Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for health care providers and first responders. Required program for NLS.

A thorough first aid program including priority action approach for life threatening emergencies, CPR, splinting, wound management and managing medical conditions. Required prereq. for NLS.

The basics of first aid. Includes accessing the emergency medical system, emergency action principles, dealing with breathing problems, bleeding and shock.

Teaches and practices all physical skills required for the National Lifeguard Program.  As well as teach and develop strokes and skills in preparation for the Water Safety Instructor course.

The core lifesaving instructors course. Required for anyone interested in teaching Lifesaving programs. Prerequisite: Bronze Cross, Standard First Aid current within 1 year and age 16.

The core program for lifeguards. Water rescue, first aid and public relations skills. Prereq: Bronze Cross, CPR "C" Standard First Aid current within 1 year, age 16.
