20 exceptional students will be accepted to the 2008-09 School of Madrichim. The program is a one-year informal education which uses experiential learning at its core to teach teens how to be exceptional leaders. It is set within a Jewish context, geared to teenagers who are serious about making a difference, who are focused on becoming leaders and who are motivated to work with children.

The School of Madrichim is an integral part of the EIDAN Program, serving as the training before teens assume positions of Leadership for children and youth. In addition to weekly meetings, we'll have weekend retreats, special seminars, and social nights out.

Participation and Graduation from the School of Madrichim will be an incredible asset to your resume.

The friends, the teachers, the lessons....everything just made it that more of an exciting experience. I have made great friends with my peers, and I can only thank EIDAN and the School of Madrichim. ~Ilan

I liked to plan things for kids and learn how to take care, work and have fun with them. ~Noam
