Instructors

Natasha
I love cycling and fitness! I started riding outside 15 years ago and after a short stint racing and doing triathlons, indoor cycle coaching took over my life. I’ve been teaching group fitness for 13 years and love motivating my class participants and connecting with the community.

Jenny
I was a competitive/professionally trained dancer until I was 18, and dabbled in teaching when I had to stop my own training due to an injury. Fell in-love with cycle in 2019, and began instructing in 2020.
