A fun and effective way for moms to stay active and start a new fitness routine while caring for their little ones. Class combines cardio, strength, and core exercises, designed to meet postnatal fitness needs. We also tailor the workout to individual goals. Come socialize while you work out!

Parent & Tot Baby Sign & Sing

Instructor: Lee Ann Steyns
Learn and sing together to practice helpful sign language vocabulary to increase early communication. We’ll cover signs that will help pre-verbal babies express themselves with less fussing and crying, and help parents and caregivers feel more confident and calm.
All sessions are 5 classes.

About the PJ Library Program

PJ Library program offers free, high-quality, age-appropriate Jewish children’s books and music to families on a monthly basis – no strings attached. The PJ Library also hosts local family story time events on a regular basis.

PJ Library receives support from the Federation Annual Campaign and special gifts from Jewish Federation donors.
