Osteofit (TM) / Fall Prevention

Instructors: Melanie Galloway and Jayson de Belen
A specialized 2x per week program designed to strengthen core and postural muscles and improve mobility and balance for fall reduction. Research has shown that practicing these activities improves physical and brain function. Participants without osteoporosis may join for the purpose of fall prevention.
