The minimum age to use the JCC Fitness Centre is 13 years old.
Teens 13-15 years:
Required to complete a free Teen Fitness Centre Orientation before using the Fitness Centre.
Teen Fitness Orientation:
Teens 16-18 years:
Can use the Fitness Centre solo with a completed Parent Consent Form (to be submitted to the Fitness Centre Staff).
