Teen Fitness

Teens are encouraged to take part in Fitness Activities. The minimum age to use the JCC Fitness Centre and attend Fitness classes unaccompanied is 16 years old.

Teens 13-15 years in the Fitness Centre

Required to complete a free Teen Fitness Centre Orientation before using the Fitness Centre.

Teen Fitness Orientation:

May join if accompanied by a guardian.

Learn the basics of exercise in a fun, supportive environment. Starting with movement fundamentals, then progressing to utilizing various equipment in the fitness centre. Max 4 participants.
