Four weeks of small group training sessions designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and stay motivated.
How Many Sessions Can I Attend?
Reserve up to 2 sessions per week in advance; drop ins may be available (space permitting)
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 30 minutes each.
Who Can participate?
This program is exclusively for JCC members.
How many sessions will be available?
Approximately 12 sessions will be offered each week plus special bonus sessions!
