1. Purchase your Boost For Summer package at the front desk
2. Book Your Sessions Online on “Mindbody” – follow the steps below!
Bookings open 5 days prior to each class.
- Go to https://clients.mindbodyonline.com
- Search and select Jewish Community Centre
- Login if you have an account or sign up
- Go to PT Small Groups
- Select your sessions and pre-book a maximum of 3 per week. Additional spots may be available for drop-in, depending on space.
- Need help? Contact the fitness centre or email at personaltraining@jccgv.bc.ca
- Arrive 10-15min prior to warm-up
- Can’t make it to your session? Cancel by one day prior to the session.

What’s Included?
Four weeks of small group training sessions designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and stay motivated.
How Many Sessions Can I Attend?
Reserve up to 3 sessions per week in advance; drop ins may be available (space permitting)
How long are the session?
Sessions are 30 minutes each.
Who Can participate?
This program is exclusively for JCC members.
