Join the JCC for a fun, community-wide challenge! JCC members and staff will challenge themselves to complete 2,000 push-ups, either individually or as a team, while building physical strength and raising awareness about mental health and the importantce of staying active in overall well-being.

How to Participate:
Option 1: Join at the JCC Fitness Centre
Register at the Fitness Centre starting January 30 and pick up your tracking card.
Members will be grouped into teams to work toward a shared goal of 2,000 push-ups.
Count all push-ups completed during the challenge. Variations or substitutes count!
Weekly check-ins: Stop by the Fitness Centre to report your totals. Your push-ups will be added to the JCC Members Team.
