Flu vaccine: available for individuals 4 years and older
COVID vaccine: available for individuals 12 years and older
Patients must bring their health care card

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

1 appointment required per family unit
Appointments are approx. 5-10 minutes
Wearing a short-sleeved or loose-fitting top is recommended
Family members under the same membership can book under 1 time slot.
