This class introduces the mechanics of the game of bridge, and covers the fundamentals of the three aspects of the game: bidding, play, and defense. Students expected to purchase Bridge Basics Level One: An Introduction by Audrey Grant prior to start of class.

Julie Smith is an experienced bridge teacher and player with a great enthusiasm for the game. Julie serves on the local bridge unit board and has several national championships to her credit. She has a real desire to share the joys of bridge with as many people as possible, and we are delighted she is joining our team of instructors at the JCC!
