Behind the Songs with Moshe Bonen

Join us for a Yom Ha’atzmaut evening of nostalgia in a “kumzitz” style concert.
Moshe Bonen, multifaceted musician (who’s worked with many well known Israeli artists) and former Israeli radio broadcaster (Galatz, Galgalatz) will bring an overview of evolving Israeli music throughout the years. With his warm and inviting voice Moshe will be singing along with Nomi Zysblat, embellishing with history and personal stories from behind the scenes of the Israeli music industry.

Nephesh Theatre (Israel) Without an Evil Eye

This Award winning one-man play is an innovative production blending theatrical storytelling and stand up comedy.

Using humor, Asaf Ben Shimon recounts his inspiring life story of growing up as a Moroccan Jew in Israel and how his gradual descent into blindness enabled him to see and affirm the gift of life.

A play which promises a moving and impactful experience. Discussion with the actor will follow the show.
