• Starting NOW you can login and update your account information
• June 10 – Dena Wosk School of Performing Arts registration opens in Xplor.
• July 10 – Fall Hockey Registration
• August 5 – All links to registration on jccgv.com will move to the new system, and Fall programs will be viewable.
• August 19 – Fall program registration in NEW SYSTEM
• August 21 – Non Member Fall program registration in NEW SYSTEM
• August 28 – start reserving Fitness Drop ins in NEW SYSTEM for September 1 programs
• September 1 – all Fitness drop in in NEW SYSTEM

Current JCC members will have their accounts automatically migrated.

You will receive an email with your new username and temporary password.

You will be required to update your payment information. All instructions will be sent by email.

Non-members will be required to create a new account before registering. Even if you have taken programs at the JCC in the past you will be required to create a new account.

Creating an account with our NEW REGISTRATION SYSTEM is easy.

Go to Xplor online system: https://jccgv.perfectmind.com/

• Type in your email address (user name)
• Create a password
• Create an account

Your password should be at least 8 characteres long and Include a mix of:

• Uppercase letters (A–Z)
• Lowercase letters (a–z)
• Numbers (0–9)
• Special characters (e.g., ! @ # $ % ^ & *)
• Avoid dictionary words or easily guessable information (like names, birthdays, or company names)

Step 1:
Log in to your Xplor account: https://jccgv.perfectmind.com/

Step 2:
Once logged in, click on “Activity Registration” on your profile

Step 3:
Select Dance Programs. Click on “Show” to expand class offerings

Step 4:
Select “Register” on the class you are interested in

Step 5:
Select the individual(s) you’d like to register*

Step 6:
Review and Pay (member rates will be applied automatically)

*If you do not see the name of the person you are registering for:
Ensure you log in as the primary user of your family membership. Only primary users can register other family members.

We’re upgrading to Xplor Recreation to offer a more user-friendly experience with better navigation, faster registration, and improved access across all devices.

No — all summer programs and classes will remain in the current system. Only Fall programs, the Dena Wosk School of Performing Arts Dance registration and Ice Hockey will move to Xplor for June and July.
